AlhamduLILLAH, the following amal is said to be effective for all types of sicknesses, from:

As-Salaamu 'Alaikum,
The following Ayaat are to treat all kinds of illnesses and conditions in general. As an example I read a person who suffered a stroke totally recovered Alhumdu-Lilla.
As with all Ruqya it is dependent upon the one who recites it, i.e. the level of Taqwa and adherance to the deen in general.
